At Qimberly, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer both refunds and exchanges with simple terms.

Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for all products except:

  • Tempered Glass
  • Phone Skins
  • Camera Lens Protectors
  • Items bought during sales/offers or BOGO deals

Exchange Conditions:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Protective films (if any) must be intact
  • Include Order ID and Invoice
  • Exchange is subject to quality check clearance

Refund Policy

  • Order ID and Invoice must be provided
  • Refund is subject to quality check clearance
  • Refund is processed within 2 days after QC approval
  • For COD orders, COD fee will be deducted.

Not Eligible for Refund/Exchange

  • Used or damaged items
  • Products with missing packaging or accessories
  • Orders without valid Order ID/Invoice
  • Sale/Offer/BOGO items

We do not offer reverse pickup currently. You are responsible for returning the product to our address. Courier charges up to ₹80 are reimbursed post-approval.
